With 15+ years of experience spanning start-ups, scale-ups, and global conglomerates, Bianca has closed multi-million-dollar deals, driven client retention, and led high-stakes negotiations across the Nordics and U.S. markets. She combines a hands-on, practical approach with deep strategic insight, helping organizations and ambitious women achieve measurable results.
Currently based in Florence, Bianca serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager in U.S. Commercial Real Estate while coaching women entrepreneur in negotiation mastery.
